PCR Program:

Do  I need to save the PCR at the end of writing it?

    -No, the database saves the record as you type.

If the program stops working what do I do?

    -Restart the program.

I get a fatal error has occurred and a prompt asks me if I want to proceed?

    -Click proceed anyway and contact EPCR Support at admin@emspcr.net

When I get done with a PCR what should I do?

    -Close the PCR database down.

I need to edit a PCR after I wrote it?

    -Contact an administrator to retrieve records that need editing. Once the PCRs are sent to the Master database, they cannot be edited.

Should I play games on the computer that I am writing a PCR?

    -No, extra resources are tied up during database use and games can affect performance.

 

Installation:

What version of ACCESS is best for the PCR to work?

    -MS ACCESS 2003, you also must install all of the options for ACCESS and "run from disk".

What version of Windows is best?

    -MS Windows XP Professional.
